Vietnamese Lunch

Tom took me to a vietnamese restauraunt for lunch. It was called, "Phov'y". The food was really good. Among other things, they serve these giant bowls of soup with noodles, chicken, seafood, vegetables. They give you some spicy soup-like sauce that you pour in your soup to give it more "heat". Tom got the soup. I got a pork dish that came with rice. It also had on lettuce, thinly sliced carrots, cucumbers and a fried egg on the side. The egg was sunny side up and part of the egg white was still clear. That was a little scary to eat. But everything was good. We also got eggrolls as an appetizer. You place the eggroll on a big lettuce leaf, then place carrots, and bean sprouts next to it, then roll it all together. Then you dip it into the spicy sauce. Yummy!
