As a creative outlet for my highly imaginative son, I have finally let him have his own blog. Under my account of course. He's been begging me to let him have his own blog. I thought it might be good for him to practice his typing, spelling, and creative writing. So, Alan would like to invite anyone who wants to read it to come and visit: www.alanbattalion.blogspot.com

Spaghetti in a tent
Kaitlyn really wanted a picnic lunch a few days ago. But it was humid and hot and raining off and on, so I told her she could picnic inside.
For some reason she really wanted to eat in a tent. So, she and William had leftover spaghetti for lunch in a pooh bear tent on a tray.

Kaitlyn's Hair Creations
We forget to check the mail often at our house. It's too bad sometimes, because we open birthday cards late when that happens. Kaitlyn got to open her card from Aunt Jenette and Uncle Johnny yesterday morning, and was so excited to see that Aunt Jenette had made some pretty hair accessories for her!! She wore ALL of them in her hair yesterday. All day. Thankyou Aunt Jenette!! Also, we're thinking Uncle Johnny made the tinkerbell card. Is that true Uncle Johnny? She loved it.
